check the top of the forum do a search for material.
if you want to make your own use the material maker from here http://www27.brinkster.com/ezbrush/mainTools.html
lots of other goodies on there all so ;)

You'll find a a ton of free materials created by Pixolator in the MaterialPack (http://www.pixolator.com/zbc-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=1&t=003203), and many flesh materials created by Southern in the thread that contains the MaterialList script (http://www.pixolator.com/zbc-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=1&t=003263).
