Any Moderator: A question about Registration

I bought my copy of ZBrush on July 17, since I didn't have the money for it and I wanted to take advantage of the discount I asked my brother to buy it for me. When he bought it he gave all his information including his name and email address. Now I want it to register to my name and email address. Do I need to do something special or just follow the instructions on the email that you sent me? Another question I have is that I usually reinstall windows every few months do I have to email you for another serial number every time I do this? And one more, If I reinstall Zbrush do I have to input the temporary serial number and then the permanent one? Quick answer would be very appreciated.
