What does an orange border put around a posted image by the moderators mean ? Will someone please post an answer!

Well, the only thing I know of that makes an orange border around an image is that it is an image and a link. This allows you to click the image and it will follow a hyperlink. Where did you see this? :)

Oh I see where. I think you just out the image link inside the URL link. :)
