:D
I love the eye, and I can imagine what this guy will look like once your done with him. I'm assuming your using the d&d beholder illustration as reference, but if you or anyone wants I can post up that picture here.
Anyway it really has a fabulous eye, I love the way it seems to be boring into the viewer(or are we the viewed? ;) ) The rest is also really good but that eye... just great :tu: :tu: :tu:

That would be great Gerlon, I'm mostly going from memory.

Heres the image:

Its actually a concept sketch, not the version in the books, which is similar but in color.
EDIT:
I found a copy of the final version, although the site it was on decided to add on a backround for some reason.

Haven't had much time to work on it today, here is a quick update to give a rough idea of what the figure will look like.

looks like one of the demons from doom....that ninja type character doesnt look like he fits the scene too much though.
The Eye of the Beholder(what a mouthful!) and the warrior is looking great Mik. I used to play the Eye of the beholder on the trusty Amiga 600 also, it was one of my favourite games. :D :tu: :tu: :tu:
I like the guy with the sword too, he'll fit the scene well once hes done of course :D Does he have a sword and a scabbard or 2 swords? I assume from the way the sword looks its a katana, in which case he could possibly have a wakizashi too, esp since the swords seem different lengths. Argh Im confusing myself just ignore me and finish :p :D :D :D
Spot on in your assumptions Gerlon!
Here is the finished image.

Wow! Awesome scene!
Absolutely Kickin!
 :tu: :tu: :tu:
Not fair! The monster has 5 more chances to see the warrior before he sees the monster. He could peek one of those tentacle eyes around the corner. Pretty cool. It looks like part of a video game.
