Joey the 3 sculptings you show are very nice...How large are those and were those done in super sculpey?

Very nice gallery. I was looking thru the thumbnail pages. I will bookmark this gallery as well. Thanx for sharing.
Ron

EDIT....Joey, you really need to do your Sleestack in Z2 .....very kewl render of him....You captured that character perfectly....a bit of work on the skin and you would have the ultimate sleestack...seeign Enoch would be kewl too.....and with Z2 abilities Zarn the man of lights would be a kewl render as well ....now you have my little brain pan thinking....

Yea, they are all super sculpey. The grey ones are SS and black Fimo mixed. The Fimo makes them a tiny bit flexible which helps elimintae the cracks and breaks..

They are all around 8" tall. The Alien will be a kit one day....

I'm getting the model here prototyped in ABS and I'll be making molds from that to cast in resin.

Fun stuff!!

Yea thats a good idea Ron.

I have to many projects going on now, maybe I can do it when it slows down a bit.

There are a few prelim animation tests of the Sleestack here: tests (http://anim8.serveftp.net/sleestack)

Thanks guys! Its great to hear stuff from fellow artists.

I do most of my work in 3dsMax and other in Maya (depends on the client or studio I'm working with). The animations are all done in Max.

The Mech looking character is in SYSTEMIC, which is a mod for unreal tournament 2003. It took 5th in the Make something Unreal competition a few months ago. http://www.planetunreal.com/systemic/

The "hero" model was for a indie game called STATIC www.staticthegame.com (http://www.staticthegame.com)
And I'm currently working on a game called Fathom...(which is what the character in this post is for)...
