Where is the ok button to click on?

I have been to Get Software to get my upgrade to 123. I am so frustrated because when I fill in the name and serial number it says to click on ok. I click on the only word ok that I can find and nothing happens. Please please tell me what is wrong. I have been waiting so long for the new version. Thanks for your speedy reply :D :(

It sounds like your screen resolution is lower than 1024x768... You should also see an 'OK' button on the bottom.
