Three times in a row, the one on the bottom. :) The signature :qu: in the bottom left corner is slightly distracting IMO.

Okay ,I'm gonna be the bad guy.
I think you should take the top one , I don't like big avatars , the first one is smaller.
Always put something eye-catching in your avater , the first one does that (more than usual :p).
The second one has too much in it.
The first one also had potential for a little animation gif. Make the eye go from the right to the left , with 3-5 frames. should look pretty cool.
