How to search for a mwmber by name?

Does anyone know how to look up a member's profile by user name, the search window only allow numbers.

all members have an ID for exemple you have the number 7442.
go to the thread where this guy have posted something and take is ID number.

Thanks Fouad, I could not find that user name in the recent thread so no way to know the number.

You don't follow :D I had typed "Boozzy" and not "Bosy" :)
So
Just type "boozzy" on the reseach motor !
A bit slow it's his only default :rolleyes:
You will obtain today some 30 Results
In these, one is name "Petite Pilou" :D
Open it :)
You will see that is "Boozie" and not Boozzy !
Why ?
Because I am a little joker, and I preffer Boozzy, a riminescence of the clown Bozo (http://images.google.fr/images?hl=fr&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=bozo&spell=1) :D
But Bozo has only one "Z" :D
As I found Boozy twice more funny than Bozo, I put 2 "Z"(brush) :D

Of course I have explain all that to Boozzy !
