Title says it all...no biggy...just undwinding after a dinner party tonight at a friends. One piece. Not the best, not the worst...I smoothed out the lips during the script at the last..they were getting on my nerves. As my friend Paul would say, have a play with it if you like.

Sitting here watching original Star Trek...and doodling about looking for sleep to overtake me....this model needs zombiefication. ;) Might just happen....
Looking forward to see what you do with the model Aztec, as well as any others that might be intereted.
edit..Aztec...yer lips look alot better than mine :) I like!!
Edit Update. I may just take a gazzillion pics and just update as I go ...Callum was asking questions about texturing...so this might help him as well....
When I paint my heads, take this one in particular...I first go about doing my eye sockets with alittle bit of shading with the highlighter brush and the drag stroke..then I switch back to the Simple Brush and begin applying browns, beiges, pinks and dark grey/purples...and I lay the paint on those areas first using the drag stroke and RGB only..no zadd or sub yet...
I then do a Best render and get a feel of whats going on...and then start using the Spray Stroke to lighting apply color...low RGB only settings ..no add or sub selected....all this has been done using the default alpha. I once again do like on the eye sockets with the color...laying more varied colors though....this one has blue, green, yellows, red, pink, no purples or lavendars though...but I spray them on lightly and switch often until I start getting the look or the look begins emerging.....I am using the simple brush to do this also. Very light intensities....at least for me...RGB intensity around 9-15tops.

Yes Ron,well I do similar stuff but I like to turn normal models into a polymesh composition for the ease of the different subdivision levels :D after that I divided the part of the lips...
Something else I don't have really good luck with textures so I do my painting or "texturing" after the whole modeling is over.
Hehe nice Ron, well take care man! :)

started the canvas out at double size then did the ole Ctrl 0 (zero) to half size it and AA it....a bit smoother though alot of detail in the skin is lost unfortunately...o well...the trade offs in life sometimes suck.
P.S. And yes Lon he does have BBF :)

good morning all....changed the skin material to a cavity shader mat I had been experimenting with. I played around with the Render Adjustments...dunno if I like the one on the left or the cavity shaded version...or maybe I need to scrap the whole d@mned thing...well have a safe 4th of July weekend.
