Video Loopin'

I know this is a little off subject, but someone here may have a slight inkling...

I'm using Adoddle After Effects for video making etc....

Does anyone know if there is a program that can slice movies, much in the same way as SoundForge slices audio????

Basically i want to make 100 or so 1 second movies out of bigger movies....like video/sound bites if you will...

Make any sense?

Quicktime Pro should be able to do that for you. Just select the area you want, then export the video.
