Any translating software?

i have found a lot of great art sites but they are written in another language and I can't read them.I was wondering if there was any software out there that translates it to English?Can anyone help?

this (http://translator.dictionary.com/text.html) can be a bit erratic but you can usually get a good gist of a translation

I just noticed they use the same engine as babel
