Playing around with "Z" during a break from polishing 93 pieces of rock, I still have 57 more to do.I decided to explore some of the bells and whistles,in this program of which I know nothing about. I was too tired to do any zscripting so this is unrecorded. It looked interesting so I thought I would post it to the group for comment. http://www2.zbrushcentral.com/zbc_uploads/user_image-1007175642ivq.jpg

Wow, DeeVee, this is one of the most interesting things you've posted...
It has the luster of black coral, and you really controlled the use of the gold, not overdoing it, and not making it too bright.
The lighting is also nicely restrained so you don't wash out the tones...
Wonderful!

Hi Deevee,
I like what you have going here. Particularly the foreground background play. The mood the piece embraces is wonderful. Only one reservation here......perhaps the woman is a tad to dark....a little lighter may enhance the foreground background play...and help with focal point......perhaps.
Having said that though......I really do like what you have done here.
Thanks to all who have commented so far. SC you hit it on the head when you said it had a look of Black Coral or Ebony in which case it would have been darker with a higher polish. It evolved from my work as a carver of Black Coral in which I inlay gold in various ways to highlight the Coral. When you start playing with this program you never know what will turn up. Robotalk you are right , there is the shadow of a man next to her face implying that there is always someone close to us no matter how afraid and alone we think we are. ETA, I hope the above explains the way I was thinking. Your input is always welcomed.
