Here is another one of my many weapons I have worked on. This one will go in the hands of the infantryman I did some time ago. Just need to find the time to texture the guy and rework a new hat. Hope you like.292921

Thanks Gary. Almost all my work is polypaint and zapplink. Never have used real textures.

Cool and nice weapon. You've said that you did some more weapons? May I see them.
Are all of your hard surface designs or weapons designs are textured with zapplink?
Because that would be very interesting!!!:tu: So you are modelling, uving the weapon for example in 3ds max,
export them out as a obj and go into zbrush, load the UV's and do a zapplink texturing?
I like the worflow if I said it right :)
Cheers mate,
Kenny

Hey Kenny. Actually I model everything in Zbrush, high poly, no uv, and just go right to zapplink from zbrush. I think PS offers some better brushes and options for adding detail. I know very little about uvs and wish I could use that workflow a bit better. I would like to get into a company that can use my talents but I feel I am limited because of the lack of knowledge of Maya and 3d studio max. I have used the uv tool in Zbrush and can seem to get something out of it but it is still a learning process for me. You can see my M4 rifle in my gallery. I also have a SCAR that is modelled but not textured yet and a Glock 9mm haven't posted yet. I shouldn't forget the German WWII stick grenade!

Thanks
