Lost valuable model!!

I lost my modified Poser face's depth into canvas after I saved it in ZBrush format and closed the program. I did not touch anything else while it was still in 3D. I hope there is another way to get it back.

What do you mean? If you saved it as a doc, you should still have the model on the drive.. If you saved it as a tool, just as great.

Saving the document is not the same as saving the model. Saving the document saves the contents of the canvas as pixols. To save the actual polygonal model, you need to save the eidted tool using Tool>Save or Tool>Export.
