I´m beginner in Sculptris world, therefore I need help from you, experienced champions :)

Just hold down the spacebar. Most of what you're asking are there.
Just learn the reducer +- tool. combined with smooth (shift down) tool. To reduce stretching of faces. Hit W to see the wireframe.
A very simple UI, a brilliant one. Just keep an eye on the left down faces counter.
Go for sculpting, have fun.

Find the resolution of your sculptris screen. Crop an image/same res using any photo editor to avoid stretching, save it.
Options button/background, navigate and load the new image.

For restoring the original background, it's located under sculptris application folder / data / background.png.
