i recorded a script, and have problems with it... there are two versions:

terrainscriptxa.txt (http://www2.zbrushcentral.com/zbc_uploads/user_file-1006698506ewi.txt)

problem here is, that at a certain point (before i snapshot the plane for the first time, right after tweaking the material-settings, i had applied color, but this is not shown (at least when i run the script here on my imac) and only the new plane shows that color. i checked the script, but as it seems, the chronology is correct there  furthermore, i had to replace a DOCUMENT:SAVE (which i did not do) with a TRANSORM:SNAPSHOT - command at the very same point of the script.

without even checking this out i made a version with inserts:

terrainscriptb.txt (http://www2.zbrushcentral.com/zbc_uploads/user_file-1006698893tkd.txt)

which i cannot check out, as immediatly after loading the script this message pops up:

http://www2.zbrushcentral.com/zbc_uploads/user_image-1006699371kbz.jpg

and the script appears in txt only (no play-button)... of course, i could not check out that version further, but i tried a few things to no luck...

any assistance would be mucho appreciated! :D

TIA!

Hello Juandel, :)
here is my solution:
user_file-1006698506ewi.txt (http://www2.zbrushcentral.com/zbc_uploads/user_file-1006710088dzs.txt). I added in a command to get the right color at the beggining. Let me know if I changed something I wasn't supposed too...
:)
:b2: I forgot to say, neat way of using the Alphacent! :tu:

thank you so much, Muvlo! :tu: :tu: :tu: very clever to use that color right from the beginning ;) over the next few days i’ll try to make a full-functioning explicatory-script out of it (hopefully :D) and i’ll try to cut those unnecessary renders to shorten it :D

once more: muchas gracias, my friend!

Hello, Juandel, and congrats on your recent red-star rating!

I think I can solve your problem on the second script. The message you got appears whenever you've left out a quote mark or a right bracket ( ] ).

Looking through the ZScript, I see there's a Note command that reads:

I bet if you add a quote mark after the last word ( plane"] ) it'll work.

Great job!
