You wouldn't like him when he's angry.

(WIP?)
It started mainly as a fist study. I modeled a clenched fist out of ZSpheres and made a Unified Skin out of it. I decided to go for Uni instead of Adaptive because it was a lot closer to the shape I wanted it to be. It also made the fingers end up "melted together", but I crudely solved this by Inflating the mesh a little so the folds between the fingers got sharp.

The planks and the iron shackle were done a bit hastily. I mainly concentrated on the fist itself.
121 welcome.

(wip)? looks well done here!!!
Just for help, Mr. Smash. When a hand get closed, you may have notice that the fingers make kind of stair moviment, and palm get more dilated impression. Go get them!! :tu: ;)

Very nice!
Hulk or Frankenstein?
I have a suggestion for a very quick and easy improvement, I think. It appears that you do not have Shadows enabled in the render options. I say this because the palm has some very light areas were it should be the darkest due to shadows. Also, the fingers would look even better as far as appearing to be separate instead of one single polygon mesh, because shadows should be stronger in the creases if it was enabled.
(You have to enable shadows in the Render palette, and you have to enable/set-up shadows for each light that you want to have casting shadows. Generally, one strong, or key light casting shadows is sufficient, with one or two fill lights set to a much lower intensity, which you appear to have.)
Something that might not be so easy is to show or fake a light source from the other side of the door.
:tu: Good job as it stands

Thanks for your comments!
The shadows actually are enabled, but the TriShader skin material (which I'm quite in love with) softens the shadows quite a lot. I'll try to increase their Intensity. The ZMode is on, so I guess that increasing the Aperture value and using more Rays would also make them sharper, no?

Well, what do you know! ZMode Off works actually better.

I also modified the fist model a little to give that "staircase" effect. It turned a bit tricky because the fingers are glued together. Alas, the fist's marker was outside the document boundary and couldn't be accessed (duh) so I had to reproduce its rotation manually (with less than perfect results). The perspective is on, but whenever you rotate the object, the perspective is temporarily disabled, which made it a bit difficult. Ho hum.

The small palm lines and wrinkles were added on the canvas afterwards with SimpleBrush, that's why they look different in the second version.
(yes, I'm also eagerly looking for the Displacement Map upgrade :D )

As soon as I learn that I should start recording them whenever I model stuff... :o Here's the ZSphere fist (http://www2.zbrushcentral.com/uploaded_from_zbc/200305/user_file-1054019559eyh.zip) if you want to take a look at it. It works best as a Unified skin.
Note to self: Do not press CTRL-Z (undo) after you've uploaded an image when posting a message. You'll lose the IMG URL. Admins, feel free to delete the first two pictures I uploaded, I had to upload the images again. :(
(is there any way to restore / find out the URL of the files you've uploaded afterwards?)

Skaven, when you encounter this problem you can easily scale the document down to a small size (hit the MINUS sign on the keyboard) then use SPACE BAR + LEFT MOUSE CLICK (HOLD) to move the workspace off until you can get to where you can access the edit gyro. You can access the gyro when it is "outside" the document boundaries. Likewise markers are also accessible beyond the document boundaries and can be access the same way. Hope this helps. :)
