Ah Yes it's MuscuLOR the Mighty -King of frog mountain...good style in your art here :tu: :tu: :tu:

I just thought the funniest thing--he's standing there--then the mouth of the mountain opens up (It's really a GIANT Toad in disguise) and chomps our hero up----then we find out that the comic book is Really about the toad that can disguise itself as a mountain...Ha ha--"Toad Heap the disguisOR" !! :D :D :D :D

but then I'm nuts :D

Thank you very much for your comments :)

:D :D :D Robo: You are really a very funny man my friend ;) :)

Some explanations about my comic project:

I started this project together with my brother a few weeks ago.
The story plays in a far and dark future and it based on a 20 years old
German Science Fiction/Fantasy book written by Andreas Brandhorst.
The German title of the book called "Schatten des Ichs" .
Maybe "Shadow of the self" in English ?
The story tells about a journey through a very bizarre world.
Sorry my English isn't good enough to tell you much more about the story at the moment, but I try to give you more explanations soon.
The comic will be non-commercial and I want to post it on my homepage after we have finished it, then everyone who is interested to read it, will be able to download it from there.
At the moment, we don't have the permission of the author to do that :(
We want to try to contact him, after finishing of the first pages.
If he doesn't give his permission, we want to finish the project privately, without showing our complete finished work.
Then I´m only able to post some single images of our project, without any explanation about the story behind :( ;)
The images below show to you some early sketches we did to get an idea how the comic should looks like.

This comic will be a mix between 3D photo-realistically and abstract images.
The image at top of this thread show to you the main character of this story, but it is only something like a sketch and don't
show to you the real style of the comic.
I want to use Zbrush to create the 3D character and some other programs (Bryce,Softcad 3D lite,..) for the rest.
At the moment I´m working on the futuristic city you can see on one of the images above.
A lot of the buildings will be real 3D objects, some others only paintings.
Building a complete city is a lot of work and I´m feeling like an architect at the moment :))
I hope I can show to you first renderings of the city, soon.
As you can see, it is a very big project.
Since it is so big , we don't know, whether we are able to finish it or not. :(
I hope you could understand all the things I wanted to explain to you.

Have a nice day

I almost missed this with all the posts the last couple of days. The concept images look very interesting. I hope that it goes well with the author so that you can continue to keep us updated. Combining the concept drawings with your great ZBrsuh style would be a treat to see :tu:
