I use demo version for one week and bought Zbrush complete yesterday.I notice that zbrush art has all a similar look about its plastic or shine aspect.Maybe it is textures or the lights used by ZBrush. Are there tips about it for a more natural look?i am from traditionnal approach about modelling in 3d and 2,5D-3D modelling is a bit confused.Zbrush seems to be a good organic modelling tool but organic objet don't have this plastic aspect.I know i have lots things to learn.I have read about layered lighting by Kathy Lafollet in recent 3D artist magazine but i need more about it.Excuse my bad english from a french speaking person. Many thanks

Welcome to ZBrushCentral :)
You can simulates variety of materials by modifying the material properties in the MATERIAL ::MODIFIERS sub palette. Begin by modifying the Specular-intensity, Diffuse-Intensity, Specular-curve and Diffuse-Curve. (There are more modifiers but the above mentioned modifiers are a good place to start.)

You can see some examples in this thread (http://www.pixolator.com/zbc-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=1&t=001044)

Although I haven't played around with reflective materials yet, I watched the script for the picnic basket scene that came with ZBrush. There was some very realistic looking glasses and a wine bottle that were created. May be a good place to look also.
