Well, my expectation of an announcement is something like
"Announcing the fact that real soon now there will be a 1.5 release - please stand-by. Within a few weeks we'll announce when you can expect another informative announcement."

So it shouldn't be too hard to meet or exceed my expectations. An announcement would meet them, a software update would exceed them.

No offense meant at all Aurick. I just find it rather funny to announce the intention of making an announcement - when people are waiting for software. But, it is a good job of keeping the wolves at bay, I guess. :tu:

Hell I haven't even mastered 1.23b yet....however I look forward to being able to model full figures.

Again I would like to thank Pix and the staff for the worlds most incredible software, and the free upgrades I have been receiving since version .90.....the support and (understanding) I have had from all the
team at Pixologic has been friendly, prompt, and .......well all round fantastic.
I wish you all every success in your future endeavours.

I check at 6AM - nothing but of course it is early!

I check at 12 noon - nothing but then maybe you are 3 hours behind me.

I rush home from work and - nothing!

I don't want to seem ungrateful for the update, but I do feel rather like a kid anxiously waiting for a promised treasure, and no word or anything as promised. Did something go wrong?? If so do you think you could let us know??

I guess I need to stop waiting a just accept that it will happen when it happens & that's all there is to it!!

Not to harp too much, but I think it might mave been better to simply make the announcement when it was ready, and not "announce that an announcement is coming" it's driving us CRAZY!! The announcement better be that 1.5 is ready for Down-Loading or all of this is futile and people are gonna go nuts!

Relax fellows! You have had faith to use ZBrush, over the years. Have a little more faith to trust Pix to do the right thing, which I am sure he will when he is ready. We do not want to hear of any coronary attacks do we. This is the normal part of me speaking, the other half is going NUTS like the rest of you. But I am sure we will be all pleased with the wait.
