hells if i know
Do you mean the template that one paints upon in a 2D app (before zbrush arived, that is) ?
There is a wonderful free program called uvmapper at uvmapper.com, that will do this for you. The site has tutorials on how to do this also.
Or, you could just start painting in zbrush, with the help of TextureMaster script, found at the Zbrush homepage
Here are two tutorials by our resident master texture artist, Southern.
Part One: Smokin Orc (http://www.pixolator.com/zbc-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=1&t=002888)
Part 2: Bumping the Orc (http://www.pixolator.com/zbc-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=1&t=002907)
So basically, you can use UV Mapper (as Pam said) to assign UV coordinates and make a texture template for most any model (although this isn't necessary for stuff modeled in ZBrush, as it has its own UV coordinates automatically assigned -- unless you want to change them). And TextureMaster will do the trick for actually painting the texture.
Hope those help!
