I truly enjoy looking at everyones creations with this prog. I read a post today where someone mentioned that they came up with something they didn't intially intend to. It was the little borg boy. So I figured I would just start modeling and see what came out. Here it is. I have no idea what to do with it next... it seems a little funky shaped to work well with texture master, and I want the wings to actually look like wings and have insect patterns and trasparency... not sure how to do any of that... but I absolutely love the zpheres and modeling capabilities :) http://www2.zbrushcentral.com/uploaded_from_zbc/200403/user_image-1080359147ebw.jpg
Thanks everyone.

thats good for a first model!
Anyway, to do wings, I think you could use a few long horizonal Zsphere's where you want the span of the wings, and then flatten the thing lines, and you should have the start of what could be wings.
Your best bet is too look at models people made that have wings, and how they created the wings.
As for the looks, hey its your first model, it takes time to craft detailed models ^_^
I actually have a question though. How did you attach the head to the body?
People here have been telling me how to do it, I've watched tutorials, and yet, I still can't seem to do that.
Anyway, thats some good first model work, and I hope you have some good Zbrushing this Weekend.

Thanks guys... I didn't attach the head... I have been attempting polymeshes... and see that that's how to do it, but it still sems awkward to me. after creating the zpsphere model, I created the skin and then used zadd, zsubtract for a little detail. The mandibles and stuff were all zspheres.
