Could anyone show me where is the eyedroper?

ZBrush doesn't have an "eyedropper." It has the Picker. If you click on any of the color setting boxes, you can drag them out onto the canvas and release them to set the color to whatever is under your cursor at the point of release. The color selected will be the UNSHADED color, meaning that material properties will not come into play. To get the SHADED color, hold down the Alt key while you pick.

You have a lot of other color picking controls in the Picker palette. For example, you can set ZBrush to continuously sample the color on another layer as you work, and do some other nifty things to boot.
