My Beach -

I live in a unique area where there is wild bush and 12 lakes all around. The beaches are a combination of sand and rock and there are a lot of evergreen trees everwhere, even growing from the sides of rock cuts. I am afraid I didn't do it justice - but I tried!

Well Mak, I think this is a nice painting, and I particularly like your colour sense...
The sand is perfect, and I also like your technique for the evergreen needles...

Thank you all so much for your kind comments. I realize I am just a novice, and my work can always be improved, so your encouragement means a lot to me.

I am working on another painting of the ski hill in summer behind where I work, it is absolutely georgeous. I should be done this evening some time.
