Hi there,

My name is Ulf and i'm living in Sweden. This is my first, but hopefully not my last thread in this great forum. To start with I have very limited experience of 3D programs and it was just pure luck I some months ago found the pixolator site. Downloaded the demo and was immediate impressed. I have never seen anyting like ZBrush before. Have from time to time played around with the demo , but then a month ago i had this accident and was put on sick list for 6 weeks.. Lot's of spare time so I found this ZBrush program laying around on my Mac and though to myself why not play around little. Since then I have played around from time and the last week ALOT!

The more I have used ZBRush the more I love it! So finally i bought myself a copy of it. There still is lot to learn but slowly bits and pieces starts to make sence.

I just can't tell you enough how much I love this forum. The way people share there secrets and ideas.. I just don't have words for it but thank you all of you. So far all struggles I have had has easily been helped out by looking into this forum. Beside all the insperation and all beatiful images that is found in here.

So here is my first image created with ZBrush. (The only thing not ZBrush is the background that i made in Photoshop)

Now, i'm working hard on ZSpheres and the multimarker tool to make more inspiring images.

The image here is an visulised idea for my sister that has what i don't have , the talent for painting & drawing for real.. She had this idea about a Ying & Yang symbol within water but had hard time finding the good way of lighting and water with oil painting.

So i created this image to give here some ideas.

Welcome aboard, and I see from what you say, that you are already hooked on Z :D

I like the picture. I am going to have to do that now, as you have inspired me to try doing that tutorial.

It is good to meet you, and I hope you post a lot.

Welcome a'board!

Pick yourself a barrel of oranges mate 'cause a 6 week trip on the M.S. ZBrush is going to leave marks on the unprepared ;)
