We are working on finishing the manual and getting it ready for distribution. It should be available shortly.

For now, don't forget that version 1.55b has a powerful built-in help system. Hold down the Ctrl key and mouse over any interface item to get a detailed description of what it does. Many of these are even illustrated!

You can also hold down CTL+ALT and get the help info that was included in 1.51. At least it seems to be the same info.
