looks great, I love that detail. One question, I'm having the probelm with my 3d object not being able to reselect, after I drop it and get another tool.
It might be that its making it 2d, I'm probably not doing something, like making it a 3d object. is it that make polymesh button???
any help would be cool
Thx. Im working from old Maya /Zbrush tutes

Hi Rogue,
Once u select another tool the object is no longer 3D its now on the canvas as "pixols".
But the tool will remain in your tool pallet and can be drawn again etc ... the main thin is that you need to do what u want with the 3d tool b4 u change tools (its not relselectable from the canvas)
takes abit to get used to this ... but just remeber you can always access it from the tool palette to redraw it ... or save it for a new modelling session etc etc etc.
... Dang I wish there was a "quote" button on replying :)

yeah I see what your saying, Ive watched all the buzz tutes and the a few modelling scripts in V.2
But, is there no way to (ref a frog), turn him on his back, detail, turn his side, detail him, move to a front on shot, detail him.
Im used to my 3d app.

Yes indeed ... you can ... but the number of possible ways to describe what you can do is "immense" ... stop what ur doing and watch all the Zscript tuts in the help ... at least the basic, painting and modelling ones.
The main this is that as long as u dont select another tool ... you can paint, edit, lift, stretch, pull, push, scale, inflate, delete, pinch, smooth, add depth, subtract depth, apply textures, refine ur mesh globaly or locally, mask, twist, deform, use symmetry of all kinds, and almost anything u can think of, etc etc etc etc etc etc etc.
As u can see explaining all this here would yake forever ... hang in there :) ... it just takes afew days to start to get the hang of it.
