What's up anybody. I am having a little bit of trouble with 2D painting in Zbrush. When I try to use the Lighten/Darken brush on raised areas, they seem to flow into a greenish color. I tried it on all the modes from inverse to auto and I'm not satisfied. Maybe the color I chose to paint with is too light? Also the intensity brush seems to stop working on some parts after I lighten some them. I have to use the shading enhancer which does the trick most of the time. One more thing, how do I erase RGB without cutting up the light gray under the image? I use the eraser and it just slices through the entire layer. Thanks for any info. http://www2.zbrushcentral.com/uploaded_from_zbc/200405/user_image-1083711125dyv.gif

Are you sure it wasnt Hue shift...thats what it sounds like. Try using one of the highlighter brushes at a lower intensity and work up from there.

Nope, it was the Highlighter. I forgot there were 2 of them and I get the same affect with both. I personally believe the color I've chosen to paint is too light and it is reverting to a base of green before going to white. Had to clean up in Paint Shop Pro. http://www2.zbrushcentral.com/uploaded_from_zbc/200405/user_image-1083715158nuo.gif
