Between Kathy's image yesterday of the Saint, and an image I came across of an irish cross in a 1960s World Book Encyclopdedia, I was inspired to do my version of that cross...all z ...just a little goofin and doofin in Z this afternoon....I do realize that it is not perfectly symetrical...(had to throw on my reading glasses but unfortunately when I realized it was way past my 40 undo's.... :(

How very cool is that!

What's the background on the cross? (Cause I'm a nut for stuff like that)

Nice job, glasses or no. ;)

well the image I was looking at only said the following....

Irelands's Most Famous Historic Landmarks..are its round towers and elaborate careved Celtic crosses...An ancient tower at Aghadoe, above(not pictured in my work) overlooks the lakes of Killarney. The Muiredach Cross, left,(which is the image I was inspired by) stands at Monasterboice.....

So if that means anythingto the smart people then kewlies...snicker..I just thought it was a pretty kewl lookin cross....my image is a poor shadow of the original piece to say the least....thnx though :tu: :tu: :tu:

edit....you got that right robo....recycle recycle recycle...time which is what a ztool in essence is to me, is a terrible thing to waste....
