Here is a guide to what is possible in ZB2Dino mesh walkcycle test... by Pixolator (http://www.pixolator.com/zbc-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=1&t=011231)
I am not sure but if i understand well probably they make a plugin for that kind of animation but what im pretty sure is they have no intention to be an animation package...
Of course, like I always say wait for the authorized information.

yeah, I saw the dino mesh cycle walk test, and there's nothing to compare it to.Consequently I'd be surprised if they weren't at least leaning in that direction.
Hello. Well, I noticed if you're working with a multilevel subd object, you can load a new low res version of the object whos points have been transformed in another package (we're talking the low res object), and the higher level sculpting still applies. So, if your animation package can save out an obj sequence (from bones animation, softbodies, morphs whatever), you could load into ZB each file in the sequence, switch to the highest detail level, and render the new pose. Go through your whole object sequence and you have an animation rendered with tasty ZBness.
Perhaps a zscript could be written to load in sequence a directory of objects, switch to the highest level and render to a file? It would be a dreamy thing. Especially for us Lightwavers who have a less than happy displacement situation. No moblur of course, and I don't know if you can get rendered alphas in zb or not- I'm fairly new to ZB.
(I've tried it with single poses, which definitely works, but not a sequence. Don't see why it wouldn't work, but guess I should try it to be sure)
