A very nice start wenna. I am sure you could develop this into a really good image. I am looking forward to an update, OK :ex:
PS. On looking at this image again, I think you could improve it if you changed the perspective of the surf, it should be smaller at the far end getting larger as it comes towards you. Just a thought, good perspective will give the image a more realistic look.

If you are having trouble creating clouds, jaundel has a good thread, in which a lot of members including your truly have shown their methods. I tend to use Zoids method most because it is very flexible. I use it for water also. I am sure that one of these threads will be helpful.
I think they are all available in the QuickLinks at the top right hand corner.

This is definitely a WIP! Was trying to work on that perspective since I totally trashed the other one.. looks like on this one I blurred too soon??

Also, more work on the sky, then lighting and then rendering yet to do!
