Sorry I got no pics to show you guys but I was just wondering how so many of you can put pics or textured planes in a background and trace a fairly accurate model from that. I've tried myself but there is no way to see the shape of the image. Maybe there is something I'm missing or the next version will be a bit more like other modellers where you can put an image in different views and model an accurate model. Also, the whole 2d thing has got me. I was hoping I could use Zbrush for realistic 2D to 3D modelling instead of faking it in PSP or Photoshop, but controlling those pixels, especially on layers is incredibly hard. How do yo keep the pixols uniform and still express heigt and depth? Thanks for any info.

Actually I guess I should be asking Southern after seeing that Hummer pic. How did you keep the pixols from floating all over the place? I guess I could smudge them but if you're trying to make something like a cracked skull it wouldn't work.

Hi Dark
Welcome aboard!
If you want paint pixols at the same altitude just regulate ZIntensity=0 :)
You can see your 3Dvolume as 3Dmax with the QuadQuick by Aurick (http://www.pixolator.com/zbc-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=1&t=008417) if you have the entiere version!
Hope this help!
