Hi there,

my tmpSN has expired and accordingly i sent an email to register@pixologic.com with the subject and tmpsn included.
Now the waiting has begun and im curious how long it will take...much more than a day ?

ah ! got something on my mind to test out ... *sigh still no reply from pix* ;)

Ok time to browse the forum a bit ...

You should try contacting Aurick or at least put ATTN: AURICK on the thread. Or even e-mail him directly. :)

i followed the steps mentioned by ZB by sending a mail to register@pixologic.com but didnt get an answer yet - thats why i was asking here. But Matthew sent me an email already and hopefully ill be able to throw some colors at the canvas again soon.

I get that all the time, almost everytime I close Zbrush (It seems COMPLETELY random), and when it happends I have to reboot the computer 1-3 times to get it working again. Now I think its pretty wierd how sometimes one boot is enough and once in a while I have to do it thrice...oh well.

Kieun, are you by chance running ZBrush on a Macintosh? If so, then it may help to delete your TempVirtualMem file in the ZBrush folder before starting ZBrush.

This is a very rare known issue that you're experiencing, but the suggestion should help make life easier for you while waiting for version 1.5. :)

To bad the pc bug cannot be fixed as easily. And yes, I did send Ms. Larson an email. :confused:
