Hi there,
I`m not used to these forum things + only normally stick to manuals, but I`m really stuck and could use some help from the zbrush community.
I`ve modeled a character in LW and I`m using zbrush to add more detail and texture. I`m importing the object with no eyes as I want eyes to be made from different material. Its difficult to paint eyes without running over and covering bits of eyelids. Basically I want to make(or import)the eyes in zbrush and place them in the sockets in 3D making them part of the same object.
can anyone help? it would be very much appreciated, thanks.

if I understand....just open up the 3d sphere tool...and use the projection master and paint your eyes up and then save taht tool or export it as an obj with the texture...then its just a matter of moving the eye into the model ....there is an excellant eye tut around here by Pixolator...if you have trouble finding it in the quicklinks let us know and someone will find it for you I am sure....and another one Mentat did for eye placement...and I am sure there are others.
and if you are just doing a static image and using zbrush to do the paintup just put the eyes on a seperate layer and paint them on their own layer..you will not affect the model itself if its on its own layer.
another option is after you model and texutre the eyes..you can polymesh them using the multi marking tool in z2 aka MM...

Considering you seemed to be floundering a bit when you posted your first request, you've done a blinding job on those eyes! (Sorry about the pun! )
Nice one
