Ok folks can somebody please tell my how some of you folks put eyes in a head so well?
I cant seem to get it, guess I just dont know what I'm doing.

I want to put eyes in a head and then save the head and eyes as a Ztool so that I can still edit it?

I know there has to be a simple way to do this but I'm just not smart enough to figure it out.

Thanks Dave

You could you the multimarker tool then make a composite mesh or you could leave it to the last thing...when you know your head isnt moving anymore. I hope that helps allittle..I am at work and can't go indepth.

Heres a quick list of my method:

1. Create the head with some rough eyesockets.
2. Position it face forward on the canvas and mark it.
3. Add a layer and create some basic spheres in position on the new layer.
4. Select and clear the first layer then use the marker created to get the head tool back.
5. Edit the mesh to bring the face out over the spheres.

Hope this
A. Makes sense :)
B: Is of some help.

oh yeah!...another reason why to wait till the end..(I read this somewhere..I can't remember..I think it was an eye tut).
The final details to the eye are always painted when it is in place. Now unless the head is straight on foward, you will need to reposition the eyes to change the direction they are looking. That way you don't have to worry about accidents like moving the head and the eyes stay. It is just a good idea to wait till the last minute because...what if you don't like the eye size...or color...you know...
