I was trying to model a head and made the mistake of changing tools in the tool palatte. So I think what just happened is the image is now fixed into the canvas. I havn't saved it yet. Is THERE anyway to free the head back up, So that it can be rotated ??? I'm new to this and felt it might be salvagable. What options are left at this point?
Hi William.....If you haven't closed ZBrush yet, the object you were working on should be on your right in the Tools Palette. When ever you modify an object, a copy is duplicated in your Tool Palette. :) If the duplicate is still in the Tool Palette, then all you have to do is re-load that tool after clearing the fixed one. Hope this helps??? Have a good one..... Mark.

That also goes to show that it is important to SAVE YOUR TOOL OFTEN! That way, if something goes horribly wrong, or if you have one of those delightful rolling blackouts, you haven't lost your great work.

You can't save tools in the demo, so when using the demo, you should keep your ZBrush session open until you are done modelling have have your object placed on the canvas where you want it.
