I like the shadows and sense of depth, a different touch to an abstract, but very effective and nice :tu:

Very beautiful. Great colors. 2D and 3D at the same time. My favorite kind of abstract :tu:

The trouble with having a long list of ideas for future images, is that people keep beating me to them! Strike out "Abstract in the style of Piet Mondrian". Oh well, I doubt if I could have done one as good as this anyway. :D

I like this a lot - it has a very nice balance of colours and shapes. This is enhanced by the use of the third dimension not available to Mondrian on his canvas.

Get's a definite right-click from me.

Aaarrghhh.....!

I'm glad my Art History teacher is long gone to her reward, Flycatcher, so she didn't see me confuse the two 'M's'!!

Yes indeed, it was ole' Piet I meant! Thanx for the correction, and the only excuse I have is breathing too much Topaz dust over the years! :tu:

:D I don't know if it is coincidence man, but your work looks like 2 drops of water like Mondriaan, a Dutch Painter.
If you are not familiar with him, I would recommend you to check his work out. I used the same pattern once to paint on a computer, and the result was stunning!!

It looks awesome man...absolutely!!

StoneCutter - don't worry, it's not the topaz dust(exotic addiction!); I'm forever swapping peoples' names around.

In fact my old art teacher at school would have been amazed that I could even name a painter whose name started with "M", so little interest did I show in the subject as a callow youth. :D

Thanx for overlooking my dyslexia Flycatcher, but it's more of an occupational hazard, than an exotic addiction, being a gemcutter... :D

I think that would look great as seamless tile.
